Fidalgo Island Rotary is pleased to invite you to participate in Shipwreck Day 2019. We hope you will decide to join us on Saturday, July 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Applications are now closed.
Vendor spaces will be laid out on Commercial Avenue from 10th to 3rd streets and include a few side streets. All efforts will be made to accommodate vendors requesting the same space as previous years. Stores and vendors who wish to repeat their space from the previous year must submit applications by May 1. DEADLINE for all other applications is July 6th.
You will receive a letter with your space assignment much closer to the event. Please return the enclosed form along with your vendor fee made payable to Fidalgo Island Rotary. Funds raised from the 38th Annual Shipwreck Day support local and international Rotary Projects.
To continue our effort to make this a “Greener” event we will not have dumpsters available for trash or unsold merchandise. All vendors are responsible for disposing of their own packing materials. We will have garbage cans and recycle bins setup for normal refuse. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. Vendors not complying may be asked not to return next year.
Rising costs have prompted us to increase our fees this year for the first time in years.
